SRGB OSD mode = factory calibrated limiting blue to sRGB blue primary. If factory calibration is accurate, you could use the standard "sRGB.icm" profile
Standard or Custom color OSD mode = native gamut with extended blue beyond sRGB, native gamma. If working with color managed apps, you shoukd use driver's ICM "U2713HM.icm"
The correct one would be to buy or rent a good colorímeter (i1DisplayPro frim Xrite), select WLED spectral correction and calibrate the three monitors to D65 and whatever gamma you like (sRGB gamma curve for Web, 2.2/2.4 gamma for TV).
