AC511 USB Soundbar Mic Non-responsive
Hello. I have a Dell AC511 Soundbar that is connected to a Mac Mini M1 through its USB port. The Mini is connected to the Dell U2415 monitor via HDMI. The sound is great when used as a speaker, the other features work (the aux-in and headphones)...but for the life of me, I can not get the microphone on the soundbar to function. All the known settings on both the computer and the apps I'm using are selected for input and output on the soundbar, and all the known preferences and privacy settings allow access to the mic. I can also get both the USB webcam and my computer's internal speakers to work, but for the life of me, not the AC511. I'm not sure what else I can do or check.
Also, for reference, I purchased this soundbar at the beginning of this year and previously used it with my 2013 MacBook Pro. I didn't have issues with that until the last month or two. As of today, I couldn't get the soundbar's mic to work on either my MacBook Pro, the Mac Mini, nor my parents' iMac. I don't have any windows computers to try. Could it be an OS issue? Is there a need for a driver I'm not aware of?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where do you see a microphone on the AC511 USB Soundbar?

Thanks for the reply. I never saw a microphone. I thought there was an internal mic. I have found conflicting information online, including from the seller, where it said there was a microphone. Also, when I searched for the manual, this popped up which mentioned a microphone (unless I misunderstood this and it's just for plugging in a mic). Would I still be getting the soundbar as an option for audio input on my computer if it doesn't have a mic though? Would the settings just recognize any audio equipment that's connected? Either way, I'm assuming there isn't a mic? Unfortunately, if that's the case, I don't know where the issue lies. This wasn't a problem until I switched computers.
