AE515 Mic - Repeated Failure using with MS Teams

My Dell AE515 Pro Soundbar has microphone failing when using with MS Teams

I have looked at other posts for similar issues and none of the remedial measures has fixed the issue

Mic functions correctly at the start of a meeting and fails a few minutes into it. However, if I have a headset connected to the side input, the mic on the headset continues to work without any issues. Only the onboard mic on the soundbar fails.

I had the soundbar plugged into U3219Q monitor on a USB downstream port. I changed that to connect direct to the laptop. There is no change in behaviour.

Please assist.

Hi, Thanks for posting. İ have the same issue. İ am considering to send it back, if there is no solution.

Hello,

I reactive this post. Is there any answer from Dell. My experience is exactly the same than the one described by Sahadz and ehappy more than 2 years after their post. Nothing to do with devices not working on Teams

Please, assist (at least an answer)
