AW2310, USB ports not working
Hey there, this may be a silly question but I recently picked up a Alienware AW2310. The monitor itself is great and the 3D works fine. But for whatever reason, the USB ports on the underside of the monitor don't work. I've tried plugging in my mouse, 3DVision Receiver and glasses an nothing happens. Is there something I have to do to make the ports active?

Per the online AW2310 User's Guide pages 3, 5, and 28; the AW2310 USB upstream port cable must be connected from the AW2310 USB upstream port to a USB port on the PC.
