AW2310, half screen. defective unit?

After about a week after I bought this monitor it started to turn on with artifacts covering half of the screen. LCD conditioning helped before, but it takes longer each time this issue occurs. Today it is 30+ minutes and still isn't fixed. Is it defective?

higher resolution if needed:

If it is indeed defective, I should be able to get a replacement, is this correct?

Hi dimwalker,

Request you to use the below link for the manual of the monitor and reset it to the factory defaults:

If the same issue happens do send me the monitor order number via private message. I will check and let you know what needs to be done.

What was the end result with this issue? I have the same issue with one of my screens. Half the screen when suppose to be black is red.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've hardly used this monitor so pretty disappointing. Same issue when running the diagnostics

I suggest you follow procedure described by DELL-Kiran K and if nothing helps take it to your local DELL service center.

In my case it was indeed faulty model and since it was still under the 3 years manufacturer warranty, they replaced it.
