(Active-Off) Please Ignore, Problem fixed, I'm a Lemon

Basically, monitor wouldn't go into active-off (mode akin to a standby; where the screen goes off and the lights turn amber). Instead it cycled through red, green, blue, black and white. I assumed this couldn't be burnin because it continued for hours. I was wrong, it was burnin. I'm pretty sure this is turned off for A03 monitors but A02's can turn it off in the secret menu (search the forum to see how to get it).

Sorry (and thanks to the people who wrote about burnin - why didn't I try it first!)

Sorry, but the warranty expired on you ten seconds after birth, so your parents are still stuck with you for the duration   :smileyvery-happy:

Nah, that's cool SR45. It was an anxious wait while they called Dell to find out though!

You want to turn off Burnin Mode. On the A02, I think its the third option down.
