Alienware OptX AW2210 Hums/Buzzes
Hello,
My new Alienware OptX AW2210 monitor is buzzzing/humming right after installation. I was hoping it would stop after the monitor warmed up, but it has not. Any idea how to proceed? I keep trying to email tech support but the web page is not working and tells me to try again later. :emotion-42: Other then the hum/buzz everything else seems to be pretty sweet.

If it makes this noise during the Self Test, get Dell to replace it. If you only have a monitor order number, you should contact Order Support. If your monitor was purchased tied to a Dell PC, contact Technical Support. They will need the following data -
Email Address:
Name:
Shipping Address:
Phone Number:
Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number:
Reason:
Troubleshooting Done:
