C3422WE, Teams button not working
My company and I are testing the 34 inch Teams Monitor (C3422WE). But we are having an issue with the Teams button not working. From our understanding we should be able to to tap the Teams Button and it brings up Teams. But for multiple users that is not happening. We see the White LED light up when Teams is open so it is being detected, but if we minimize or close teams and press the button it does not bring up Teams. As far as troubleshooting, we are using USB-C directly to the monitor. I updated the monitor firmware and also the laptops drivers (multiple models of laptops). Made sure Teams was "Teams Only" in the Teams Admin's coexistence mode. Thanks for any help!

We're having the same issue exactly as described above but also on the C2422HE model that we are also currently testing. I would great if Dell could actually demonstrate or show how it works in their machines or provide us with a solution.
