C7017T Multi-Client operation?

Looking to purchase the C7017T Dell Monitor

This is for a dispatch 911 center where we currently have 4 computers running on 4 monitors with a KVM switch to run a single mouse/keyboard between all machines.

I know the C7017T is compatible with ddm Version 1759. I need to know if this ddm version will allow multiple inputs to be displayed simultaneously. I do not want to have to switch inputs each time. Can I run 1 PC input into each corner of this screen? Also, will I be able to hookup a mouse/keyboard and be able to control each PC such as a KVM switch.

The P4317Q Multi Client Monitor has the feature that I want but is too small of a display. Is it the Dell Display Manager application or the ACTUAL MONITOR that allows this Monitor to run 4 machines simultaneously.
