D825HT, documentation, manuals?

Hello, I have a few Dell UltraScan D825HT monitors I am looking to restore, however it seems Dell (and most of the internet) appears to be completely devoid of information regarding these units.  In particular, there does not seem to be a service manual, much less a user manual, available anywhere.  Could these be archived somewhere on Dell's site that I'm not seeing, or does anyone have any better ideas on where I could look for them?  I wanted to contact Dell support directly about this issue but it appears there is no way to do so without a service tag, which did not exist on monitors at the time.
