DDPM, macOS Ventura, installation failed
DDPM is now out for Macs and Apple Silicon. I can't get it to install on my MacBook Pro 16" running Ventura, though. The installer works through to the final step before coming to an error message that the installation failed (no helpful hints given). Is this happening to anyone else? Any solution?

Our users need to know the specific Dell monitor model and specific DDPM version that you downloaded?

Curious if you got this to work? I have a Dell U3421WE and love features of using the Dell DDPM. However the Dell site still says that DDPM isn't available for Ventura, nor do they list their monitors of working with Ventura. That is why I haven't upgraded my Mac OS; when I spoke to Dell Support last month they said again that DDPM wasn't listed as approved for Ventura and they had no other info. Appreciate hearing if you got this to work with Ventura!

Try this setting:
System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Installer > Downloads Folder (checked)
After this permission, DDPM and U3421WE firmware updater worked on my M2 MacBook Air running Ventura.

I have this problem too, I have a Dell U4021QW curved monitor and I have a MacBook Air M2 15" (less than a year old) and I can't install DDPMv1.1.1.0038. Like the original post, I get the error message at the end. I can't update the firmware on my Dell monitor, I have to use my Windows 10 PC to do so. BTW, I have to do keep it updated as it seems if it's not, the docking station bridge connection to the Ethernet interface on the monitor doesn't work with either my Dell XPS, nor my MacBook Air. Annoying. I there a way to fix this???
