Dell 2007WFP problem

Hi, I am new to Dell forum so be nice, I have a problem with DELL 2007WFP MONITOR first i thought it was my video card which has a DVI port and i am connecting it to dell through this port but after taking a screenshot you can see its clear so i think there is problem with outside of monitor i have marked this in screenshot what i see in there are like watery marks i tried to clean with cloth but it does not go and this is horrible when playing games online/offline and you can see there are many games i play in the screen shot
