Dell 2405FPW problem (with image)

Question

Hi there guys, I just receive my 24'' Dell LCD, but there is one problem, there is a black line appearing on the screen. Does anybody know what this is and how to fix it ? I havent heard of this but ive been out of here for a bit.try using the dvi cables or if u are use the standard ones.and if u can use another computer to find out if its ur monitor or the comp

I am pretty sure that this is no the PC or DVI cable, because it does appear when there is no cable hook to the screen. See image 2 !
