* Power off the Wii
* Power off the PC
* Power off the monitor
* Disconnect all cabling from the bottom of the monitor (including the power cord). NOTE - Disconnecting the power cord releases all circuit latches resetting them
* Reconnect either the VGA cable or the DVI cable (not both)
* Reconnect the monitor power cord
* Power on the monitor
* Power on the PC
* You should now be on the the windows desktop using either the VGA or DVI
* Re-connect the Wii to the monitor component
* Power on the Wii
* Press the Input Select button on the monitor and switch to Component
* Open the Wii Options menu and switch to 480p
* Insert a Wii game
Since you have tried it with three component devices, get it replaced. If you have a service tag number associated with your monitor, you may use
Chat or
Email support to setup the monitor exchange. If you only have an Order number associated with the monitor, you must call in, 1-800-624-9896. They will need the following information -
20 digit PPID number on back of monitor
Name, address, phone, email address
Order number
