Dell Crystal C22 Buzzing sound in speakers
Greetings,
I bought a dell crystal about 2 weeks ago and whenever I use the speakers, I get a very light humming/buzzing through the right speakers. It doesn't matter if I use the audio from HDMI or through USB, Same deal.
I even moved the monitor thinking it was getting interference & I even turned off Mic, still buzzes/humms
And, finally.... I hooked it up to a different computer (Macbook Pro) and I still get that buzzing sound!
So I am wondering if I got a defective monitor maybe?
Any suggestions?

DARYL,
Please use the monitor OSD
to Reset to Default Audio Settings. Any difference? If not, get the monitor replaced. They will need the following information -
Name:
Email Address:
Shipping address:
Phone number:
Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number if purchased with a PC:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number found on the back on a label or on the slider card on the left rear:

Thanks for the reply!
Talked to technical support and they said it sounds like its defective so they are replacing it for me. :emotion-1:
They never asked for the Monitor 20 digit PPID number, just gave them my Purchase and Order ID number, I hope that was sufficient so I get the right one!
