Dell Display Manager - blue screen under Win 8 64bit

Windows starts normal  - when its there for about 5 sec I get that blue screen - maybe when its loading from the autostart. I cant load windows anymore till I uninstall ddm while windows in the secure mode without drivers. I tried this with 2 newest versions of the Dell Display Manager. what can I do?

Provide in detail how the U2713H is connected to the computer video card, what ports, what cabling? Is the monitor USB upstream cable connected to a USB port on the computer?
