Dell does not repair monitors or sell internal monitor components. We simply replace them while still under warranty.
You can try 3rd party repair sites and see if they sell monitor components. As a check, try testing the E2210HC on another computer. If the issue does not happen, the fault lies with the other computer.

Hi  jgfcgfckghcvk,

It seems Monitor has gone faulty and requires replacement. However, to isolate you can check this Monitor on a different system if possible and also perform a factory reset on the Monitor.

Under Monitor OSD menu you would fine Other Settings. You can use it to do a factory reset on Monitor:

I have tried doing factory resets, but the monitor continues to malfunction. I have tried connecting the monitor to other computers, but it continues to malfunction. Can you provide any detail as to what you think the problem may be?

There is no way we could know which internal part has malfunctioned. We do not repair monitors, we simply exchange them while under warranty.

I don't expect you to 'know' what is wrong with my monitor, but I was hoping that with my description of the monitor's behavior someone would be able to make an educated guess based on experience dealing with other malfunctioning monitors.

We do not receive notice from the factory on failed monitor components unless the issue is effecting hundreds of the same model.

Hello,

I come to add my self as having the same issue for my screen E22210HC It was working for like 4 years prefect; then, It start going black

reset done, It will work for couple days then issue comes up again.

Is there any part that we can order and replace, or other solution

Please advice
