Dell Monitor E248WFP (Digital) on ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series.
When left on without input monitor flickers after 10 minutes of inactivity. Monitor purchased with Dell XPS 420 Computer on 05/12/08.

Turn the monitor off. Disconnect it from the PC. Turn the monitor on. Wait 10 minutes. Does it flicker?
Personally, I would never leave a monitor on if I was not using it.
