We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the P2312H Service Tag or the 20 digit serial number but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
I did reply, and the monitors are out of warranty. While I agree this is true, I am still hoping that the community can help with the blanking screen, and poor resolution issue.
