* Go here to install Winrar
* Go here to get the A02 firmware update rar file
* Download the rar file to your desktop
* Unpack it using Winrar into its own folder on your desktop
* Open the PDF file for instructions. Read all the way through before proceeding
* Note, the eight year old U2410 is out of warranty. If the A02 firmware update fails possibly breaking the U2410, Dell will not replace it. So if the U2410 is currently working, is attempting the firmware update really necessary? Your decision.

Thank you, I update to A02 with no problems. But I noticed other problems. many red stuck pixels.. Is this maybe main logic board faulty or loose connections inside monitor? On white, green, yellow background color is not visible. Only on dark background, and little bit on gray and blue. And this was before i update FW... For stuck red pixels is for me too many... Any suggestion?

The firmware update cannot fix stuck pixels. Not much can for a 7 year old monitor. Sometimes you can "exercise" a stuck pixel to correct it.
* Download/save smartUDPixel.exe to your windows desktop
* Turn off all Windows power management and screen savers
* Run the software
* Click and drag the blinking box to cover the pixel
* Let it run for 30 minutes to see if it can un-stick the pixels
* Download/save montest.exe to your windows desktop
* Turn off all Windows power management and screen savers
* Run the software
* Press F9
* Let it run for 30 minutes
* Press Esc
* Press Enter/Return to exit
