Dell p2815q monitor mouse lag??

I have noticed that on 4k 3840x2160 at 30hz I have input lag. the mouse is kinda slow even if i turn my dpi and acceleration to the highest peak. 3600 dpi and even 10 acceleration ( itested each dpi settings still lag.

I have also tested ALL usb ports on monitor and my laptop

However, When I am on 1920x1080 at 60hz i am completely fine, no lag issues at all here.

my specs: 8gb of ram, nvidia gtx 765m , intel corei7-4702HQ CPU @ 2.20ghz 2.29 ghz

Is anyone else getting the same issue?

Due to the hardware architecture, the mouse lag is a result of the P2815Q requiring 100ms to process video data. This cannot be changed with a firmware update. It would require new architecture from the ground up which we will not be done. If you have this issue and cannot work around it, your only recourse is to return the monitor for refund. Outside of the initial 30 days from the invoice date, it will take manager approval to get a refund. Using the Dell service tag number from the P2815Q, contact Dell Technical Support for your region. Explain that we do not have a fix for this issue. The technician will need to escalate to their manager.
