Display too Large

I have a Dimension 4500S which had a virus, since then the Screen size is too large.  I have tried downloading the Drivers from Dell which works but then all of a sudden the screen goes back to massive size.  Also when if the screen is the correct size, when I shut it down and switch it back on the screen is so large I cannot see anything on it.

Are you referring to the screen resolution? If so try getting the driver from another site, the dell site doesnt always have the latest drivers. (i.e. if you have an nvidia video card, get the driver off of their site)
