Drop-down Menu Flickering
Not sure this is the right forum.
I get drop-down menu flickering or hesitation in such programs as WordPerfect and Adobe Photoshop 7.
There is a flickering hesitation in the menu before it stabilizes, and then there is no flickering in that menu.
However, if I close it, or go to a new one, I get the same thing.
It seems it is more pronounced at some times, and less so at others.
