Engye,

Dell monitors smaller than 27" only get an order number, no service tag. You would have to call into Technical Support and tell them the monitor model. Remove the displaylink software. Reboot. Retest touch. We have never tested more than two touch monitors on one PC.

Chris,

thanks for your answer. Without DisplayLink SW everything works fine with a double 2340T monitor configuration.

(Windows 7, AMDFirePro W600 6 x mini displayport, USB for touch).

We also tried a quad 2340T display configuration, but in that case with windows 7, we were not able to use the touch feature. No we are testing that quad configuration with windows 8.

Chris,

Is there an Android driver for the Dell S2340T monitor?  I am trying to hook up the monitor to an Android device with HMDI and USB 2.0.  I understand that the my Android development board may need a USB 3.0.  Just wonder if Dell is going to provide Android support.

Thanks

De

vb11,

No. I have never heard any discussion of android support in our displays meeting.

Engye,

Did you load the Dell DisplayLink software off of the monitor CD or the retail version found here?

So with NO DisplayLink software loaded, two S2340T monitors had touch functionality, but four S2340T monitor did not.
