Please reply to the Private Message request from the DELL-Cares agent asking for the Dell product Service Tag number.
Out here in public, it would be helpful in troubleshooting if you could provide the following data;
* What Dell monitor model?
* What PC (Desktop or Laptop) model?
* How is the Dell monitor connecting to the PC using what cable and ports?
* What operating system is running on the PC?
