Hello I have a problem with 1707FPt LCD

Question

Hello, i have a trouble with LCD 1707FPt LCD, it happens with two LCD, the first time i shut down the LCD to clean up and when i push the power button nothing it wont turn on, so we send it back for replacement, the next LCD has two days on service and we turn it out again just for like 60 sec, then we try to turn it on again and it wont turn on any ideas, we check the AC outlets and its ok we have the normal current and voltage, everything is grounded. * Unplug the power cord from the monitor
* Press and hold the power button in for 3 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor power cord
* Unplug the monitor video cable from the back of the computer
* Turn on the monitor
* The floating red/green/blue/white dialog box should appear on screen against a black background. What do you see?

Chris sorry for the late reply but I'been busy, but thank you very much for your advice, i did as you told me and the lcd turn it up again. So thanks again.
