Help A Friend from the US with a Dell U2410 Details

I am from Los Angeles

Recently purchased a new Dell U2410. Seller was an EBAY seller.
I received it yesterday, and I found a few curious details:

First of all, I see that it states that it is a REV 05 on the monitor and on the box.
I am not aware of REV 05 in existence in the US. What do U think?

Second, I see that it was manufactured in Czech. As much as I know, Dell monitors for
the US are manufactured in Mexico. I am obliged to ask - does your monitors
manufactured in Czech?

Third, it seems that the order number that was given to me by the seller can't be
found by Dell US. This maked me feel that perhaps the monitor was shipped from
Europe. Although I am not sure where from.

The seller does not respond to my messages.

The monitor seems PERFECT.
