How do I find my Model Number on my Monitor?

I'm trying to find the model number on the monitor that I just purchased used, However, I'm not sure what to look for I see all kinds of tags in the back.  Its about a year or two old.  Im trying to find the driver to download it for Windows Vista if it has one.    It found my service tag when it scanned the system but it says its invalid.    I would appreciate any assistance.  Thanks.
