How to Install a Dell Monitor Driver That Does Not Automatically Do So Itself

I need to install the driver for a Dell E196FPf monitor.  When I extract the files from the ZIP folder from Dell's site, I have three files.  No automated process starts off as they normally do, and is described in the instructions. The file are e196fp.cat, E196FP.ICM, and E196FP.inf.  How do I install these by hand? Do I just go into Device Manager, find the device, click on properties, the driver, Update Driver, and browse to the .INF file?  I'm not sure if that is the right file. Thanks.
