The monitor was purchased brand new from Dell.ca in October 2014. Regarding exchanges, do I have to send my monitor first and then get the replacement or does Dell send me one first ? I'm asking because it is the only monitor that I have.
Testing DP 1.2 is a good idea. I'll reconnect my miniDP cable tonight and enable DP 1.2. After a few days, I should be able to find out if the issues are still there.
Manufactured August 18, 2014. We are up to A03. A03 correct some DP issues. Was this purchased NEW from Dell or used from the Dell Outlet? No, you cannot flash the bios in home. You have to get a used monitor exchange to get the later revision. I would go ahead and test on DP 1.2 and see if the issue continues.
