J27RG Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB, memory?

I can not find a Dell data sheet for the J27RG graphics card based on the GT 730 GPU. Specifically, I can not find if the memory is DDR3 or DDR5. I have seen both types detailed on third party websites, various listings e.g. eBay etc. Can anybody advise? Maybe you have this card in a system and can find from diagnostics software e.g. Hardware Information (HWINFO32.exe). This post is not really in the right section but I can not see a section for queries about add-in cards or not relating to a specific desktop range e.g. Optiplex or Vostro. If there is a more appropriate section can a moderator kindly move this post to it.
