Monitor Rotating Screen
Hi Guy's
I had some problem with Rotating a monitor.
I don't seem to be able to change the screen from landscape to portrait when I Rotate the screen and holding a { {CTRL with one of UP-DOWN-LEFT-RIGHT Buttons. dose not make a change. even I Installed a new drive. for monitor but can find any place in display section so I can make changes.
My dell is 4600. and Monitor 19" flat screen.
Look forward from some of you if you can really be a help.
