Monitor half screen displays dark shade
Half of the Screen just turns dark. I can still use it but it’s disturbing. I need help on what to do in this occasion. I restarted my cpu. I believe this is a screen problem for sure.

What is the non-private 20 digit serial number?
Post pictures of it when running the stand alone BID (Built-in Diagnostic).
