Monitor model number from serial number.

Hi:

I want to know if a monitor in a remote location (no one there to help), supports DVI-Dconnections. I have a Precision R5500 workstation with only display-port video output and that's the only monitor available in there. I got a display-port  to DVI-D converter.

The monitor serial number is: CN-0N445N-74261-074-1PDC

I will really appreciate your help if you can get the monitor model.
