The monitor serial number is not tied to the monitor service tag in our tools. Most monitor service tags do appear in our online tools when sold directly to a customer, 1 to 1. But, when a reseller buys them in batch, the service tags are not recorded. Also, if the monitor was originally sold from us in a different region, those tags may not appear in the USA tools.
