Optiplex 745 Ultra Small Form Factor Dual monitor support
Does anyone know if can I add dual monitor support to this machine? There doesn't appear to be any room for a video adapter card with the ultra small form. I did noticeonline that an optional Y-dongle might work? Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks.

Is this standard for all Dell Optiplex 745s? These are the small factor models. Will they drive 2 24" touchscreen monitors ELO ET2420L-8CKR-1-24J-G - Touch Monitor 24" Max. Resolution: 1920 x 1200 Video Inputs: Composite RCA, DVI, HDMI Standard, S-Video, VGA D-Sub
Aspect Ratio: 16:10 Features: Touchscreen
Contrast Ratio: 1500:1

I was curious if this solution worked for you, please let me know. If so was there a way to know ahead of time on your machine if it would work?
