P2210, WD15, DP is not working

I have two P2210 monitors which is connected via WD15 docking station.
First P2210 - mDP to DP cable
Second P2210 - HDMI to DVI-D cable

Suddenly, first P2210 is stop working via DP. Both P2210 are not working with Display Port but working with DVI cable. when i connected the DP to other P2210, it is working fine. What will be issue, why the both P2210 stopped working with DP? Because the same DP with cable is working fine with another model of Dell monitor.

* For my Dell notes, click my name and private message me both of the P2210 service tag numbers and/or 20 digit alphanumeric serial numbers


* What PC model and operating system?
* Take the WD15 out of the troubleshooting matrix

* Turn the PC and both P2210 off
* Disconnect the PC and both P2210 from the WD15 dock
* Disconnect all video cables from each P2210

* Test each P2210, one at a time, directly from a PC with mDP out port or DP out port =

PC mDP out port --> mDP to DP cable --> #1 P2210 DP in port
PC mDP out port --> mDP to DP cable --> #2 P2210 DP in port

 

PC DP out port --> DP to DP cable --> #1 P2210 DP in port
PC DP out port --> DP to DP cable --> #2 P2210 DP in port

 

If they both work by themselves on that PC, then the P2210 are not at fault. The fault lies with the WD15 or PC.
