* The 5 year old P2213 does not have Windows 10 drivers nor validation. So the operating system is installing a generic driver. That could be the culprit * What desktop model? * What Radeon RX 480 driver is installed? * Have you tested the P2213 and that DP to DP cable on another video card? * Have you tested newer monitors on the Radeon RX 480 three DP ports?
