P2414H, dual, one has fuzzy picture
Hello, I have two monitors. One of them when it starts the picture is fuzzy.
To solve the problem I have to go into the menu, aspect ration and change aspect from 16:9
to 4:3 and then return to 16:9. After these settings it no longer has problems and
can work with the days.
I want to know where the problem comes from, what component is faulty.
I mention that the monitor is no longer under warranty. Thank you !
P.S.

* What computer model?
* What operating system?
* What video card?
* List all of the video card out ports
* How is the problem P2414H connected to the computer? Using what ports on both and cabling?
* Turn all three off (computer, both P2414H)
* Disconnect the working P2414H from the computer (all cables)
* This leaves only the problem P2414H connected to the computer
* Turn the P2414H on, then the computer
* Press the P2414H Menu button
* Go to Other Settings
* What are the resolutions listed at the bottom?
* Choose Factory Reset
* Exit the Menu and retest

I tried all the variants. I tried on other pcs, the problem is hardware. I do not know what the reason is, but when I start my pc it's 16: 9 and the image is unclear as in the attached picture. When I go into the menu and switch from 16: 9 to 4: 3 press enter and then return to 16: 9 and once again enter the image remains clear all day until I sleep or I stop the pc.

Based on your troubleshooting, sounds like that monitor is failing.
