P2415Q, faint horizontal lines, #4

There have been various discussions about this issue with the monitor and I've done all the diagnostic tests and called Dell for an exchange, everything was fine in the process but I could not get an exchange as the image is not clear enough, it is definitely a known issue and is there any way i can get an exchange or refund as the horizontal lines are bothering me so much especially under white background.

If the photos you send to Technical Support in your country of the P2415Q running its stand alone Built-in Diagnostics (page 44) do not show the lines, then no, you cannot get an exchange. If the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics show the lines and if the purchased the warranty is still valid, then a used/refurbished exchange should be allowed.

I have this same issue with a brand new monitor - also shows on the in built test mode and via DP as well as HDMI.

I'm shocked to read so many instances of this seemingly product specific design issue.

I would like to get a replacement, but I think I'll have the same issue as others have. So I'm forced to get it sent back and replaced. I don't really want to, but I can't live with these lines on a premium 4K monitor, it's not acceptable.

Looks like I'll stick to my U2415H until a new model is released that doesn't demonstrated the same problem.
