P2418HT, HDMI, no image after cold start

Hello!

I connect the pc and the monitor to the mains at the same time. The PC boots up and works successfully, but there is no image on the monitor. I am using the HDMI interface. The power LED on the monitor control panel is solid white. If I turn off the monitor with the power button on the control panel and then turn it on, the image appears. This situation occurs only when the monitor has been unplugged from the mains for 10 minutes or more. I did the same with the ASUS monitor, everything works fine. Can I fix this defect myself?

I noticed that this effect does not appear if the USB upstream cable is disconnected from the monitor.

* To what specific PC model is the P2418HT connected? * What operating system? * To what specific video card is the P2418HT connected? * Have you tested the P2418HT and same cables on a different PC?
