P2421, DDM, Windows automatically resizes windows
Hello, I have a problem in Windows 10 that automatically resizes after wake up or when moving mouse to border of screen.
I right-clicked your monitor icon in the system tray and uncheck "Auto-restore window layout.".
I had already taken the advice of others and turned off Snap in Windows settings > System > Multitasking.
I had selected the monitor layout with the X in DDM (Dell Display Manager) > Easy Arrange.
So these might be necessary, but the problem was not solved until I did the above.
How can I resolve it?

It's not really clear what you are expecting or experiencing. Make sure you have the latest version of DDM, which is b.2028. If you are still having problems, exit DDM and see if the problems persists - if they do, then it is not a DDM issue. If they don't, post the DDM diagnostic report which will provide your configuration.
