P2720D, DisplayPort does not connect

Hi,

For some reason I cannot get DisplayPort connection to work? HDMI works just fine. OSD settings tested: Auto, DP with no success. Restarted connected Laptop, shut down display, removed power cable for multiple minutes. Still same result. Screen informing that there's no connected Device in DisplayPort.

To help our users assist in troubleshooting, they need more data =

* To what specific PC model is the monitor connected?
* What operating system is running on the PC?
* What specific video card/GPU is installed in the PC?
* List all of the video card/GPU video out ports
* Are you testing using the provided DP to DP cable?

PC model: Latitude 7380

OS_ Windows 10 Enterprise

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620

Ports: HDMI, DVI, VGA, DisplayPort, Built-in display

The hama cable you linked is designed to do this =
PC USB Type-C port --> Hama USB Type-C to HDMI cable --> Monitor HDMI in port
"For connecting a PC/notebook/MacBook/tablet computer via USB-C to a HDMI monitor"

Your port description is confusing, "Ports: HDMI, DVI, VGA, DisplayPort, Built-in display". According to the online documentation;

Latitude 7380 video out ports = USB Type-C/DP, HDMI
P2720D video in ports = HDMI/DP

Possible setups =
Latitude 7380 USB Type-C/DP --> Hama USB Type-C to HDMI cable --> P2720D HDMI in port
Latitude 7380 HDMI --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> P2720D HDMI in port

Latitude 7380 USB Type-C/DP --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> P2720D DP in port
