P2723QE, flickering, macOS

I am experiencing severe flickering on my new P2723QE. I have read a few posts related to turning off Adaptive Sync, but I don't have this option enabled and haven't seen in my Settings where this can even be turned on.

I am running macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (21E258) on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) and using the USB-C cable included with the monitor. The MacBook Pro draws power from this monitor via the USB-C cable.

See the Pinned post at the top of this Monitors Forum board = Dell monitor, Apple FAQ =

None of the Dell D, E, G, P, S, SE, Alienware monitors have full macOS support from Dell. As a consideration to macOS users, on some of these monitors we did provide a firmware update that can be run from the macOS.

When we go to the P2723QE drivers page we see that only Windows 8.1/10/11 are listed under "Operating system".

For Dell to assist, you must replicate the flicker on a Windows OS PC.

One macOS user posted this workaround =
* Enter the P2723QE Menu OSD
* Go to Display
* Change USB-C Prioritization to High Resolution
* Go to Others
* Change DDC/CI to Off
