HDMI is only going to do 3840x2160@30Hz. That is only if the Intel HD Graphics 4600 supports that high resololution. DP 1.2 should be off in the Menu OSD (On Screen Display). * Turn the computer and P2815Q off * Disconnect the P2815Q power cord from the bottom of the monitor * Disconnect every video cable from the P2815Q * Press and hold in the monitor power button for 15 seconds * Connect in this way = Computer HDMI out --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> P2815Q HDMI in * Turn the computer on * Turn the P2815Q on * Press the P2815Q Menu button * Choose Input Source HDMI * Exit the Menu

So you somehow enabled the OSD lock. Unlock it by pressing and holding in the D key for 10 seconds. Then choose Input Source HDMI

I followed your instructions. I reconnected the power cord before turning the monitor back on.
I continue to get the “No DisplayPort cable” message.
When I press the menu button, no menu appears, just the “No DisplayPort cable” message.
When button D is pressed, an image of a lock appears.
