Note sure why you'd be unable to do that. In Notepad, Edit menu > Select all, then Edit menu > Copy. Then place your cursor into the Body of a Reply message here, right-click and select Paste.

If that doesn't work, try emailing the report file to dell.support@entechtaiwan.com along with a link to this thread.

This looks to be a Windows device configuration error (a ViewSonic monitor is registered, but not the P4317), with a likely easy fix.

1. Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key (“Run”)
2. Enter "devmgmt.msc" and click OK to start Device Manager
3. Delete (uninstall) every entry listed *under* the "Monitors" category (NOT the "Monitors" category itself!)
4. Go up to the Action menu, and select "Scan for hardware changes"

Try DDM again. If it still does not find any monitors, do this:

There is no P4317 in Device Manager, just a couple of 22" ViewSonic VA2246s. The P43 just is not there. You need to fix that.

More likely to be something else you have installed...
