The driver for the P780 is native to WinXP. To load the file for the this monitor you can click the Display Properties in the Control Panel. From there you can click Settings | Advanced | Monitor | Properties | Driver | Update Driver | Choose Install from a List (Advanced) | Next | Choose Dont' Search.I will choose the Driver to Install | Next | Click on Show Compatable Hardware. You can then choose Dell as the Manufacturer and select the P780 under Models. Finish the Wizard to load the file.
