How do i turn off power save mode on a (Dell E773s)

You are not talking about how long the monitor stays on until it shuts itself off are you ?

If so, than Right click an empty space on the desktop, Click on Properties in the next box, Click on Screen Saver, Click on Power, than change the monitor preset off options

Power save mode on a Dell Flat Panel simply means that your FP is connected but it is not receiving a signal.  This is normal when the system is powered off, in standby, or you have it hooked up to the wrong video port...pressing a button on the front of the Flat Panel will cause this message to appear.   If you are powering on your computer correctly and still receiving Power Save messages with a yellow LED instead of video...you have some troubleshooting to do.
