The above picture indicates that the monitor might have to be replaced. However request you to send me the below details through private message so that I can check and let you know what needs to be done:

(1)   Place of purchase

(2)   Email address

(3)   Account holder Name

(4)   Shipping Address

(5)   Phone number

(6)   Monitor 20 digit PPID number

If the Monitor was purchased from Dell send me the purchase Order number.
