S2317HWI, doesn't detect USB ViewSonic webcam
I have the above Wireless Monitor connected to a Desktop PC running Windows 10 64bit extended screen in wireless mode. I connected a ViewSonic Webcam to the USB Ports on the Wireless Monitor and it does detect it. I know the manual says the USB Ports on the wireless monitor are USB 2.0 with 480 Mbps. Why won't my system detect the WEbcam?
